Options to use rental agreement as hand written signed copy instead of digital sign.
-We recommend using our RentOnCloud app for landlord to create rental agreement. However if you are not landlord, then can login to app and switch your role as Landlord on at top corner option.
Step 1: Navigate to Tenancies > Agreement
Step 2: Click on Create agreement and select first option - build agreement online
Step 3: Fill all required details and on last tab , instead of clicking send for signature you can click on 'Save' and download.
Step 4: Now if you want to keep physically signed copy of agreement safe, then repeat step 1 and choose option 2 (upload) this time , fill all required details and click on last step 'Complete'.
