On offer is the flat that I used to live in Islington, for rent. Priority will be given to someone who would respect the building and the neighbours (not holding loud parties at night and not damage anything :) ) and be easy to communicate with.

The flat is located in a building that has 24 flats in total (organised in 3 units with 8 flats that spread over 4 floors, each), which dates from the 60s. There is a gated courtyard in front of the building where residents of the building can park their cars (it can have up to about 9 cars, and it operates on a first-come-first served basis).

It is located in Angel, close to the Essex Road and Upper Street. It is, however, two blocks from the main road, and therefore is fairly quiet. Within 5 minutes' walk, you will find yourself in the middle of 24/7 open shops, nice bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. It is an 8-9 minutes' walk from the Angel tube station (Northern Line), 10-12 minutes' walk from Highbury&Islington tube station (Victoria Line, Overground) and 2 minutes' from the Essex Road train station (which also connects to Highbury&Islington). The area is well serviced with 24-hour buses that connect Central&West London to East&North London. There is a bus stop right around the corner. The flat is within 30-45 minutes' walking distance to Oxford Street and Covent Garden.
